Our experience and our family history guided us to a brand new adventure. Wine Not is a new meeting point in Ancona, but first it is a project around the wine world. A place where you can learn new things about our territory and where food proposals have been selected to match wonderfully with the wines you can find in the menu. A place where you can start with a wine and continue with a meal.
We wanted the wine to be a protagonist and an attraction for everyone: this has been the main inspiration behind the Wine Not idea, a place where to meet, talk and drink a good glass of wine.
Wine Not is on the boardwalk of Luigi Vanvitelli, just beside the Hotel Palace. It's open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7.00pm to midnight, and it's the perfect place for an aperitif, dinner and after dinner. The concept is the one of a cosmopolitan space where to find simple but tasty offers like hamburgers, club sandwiches and the original “cicchetti”, all matched with a researched selection of wines and cocktails. Many Umani Ronchi labels on the menu and a rich calendar of appointments with food experts.
Summer season will host an event with the chef Max Mariola and in autumn there will be Giorgione Orto e Cucina, two talents of Gambero Rosso Channel.
In the middle a tasting with AIS Ancona that will have two Umani Ronchi products - Plenio and Vecchie Vigne- as protagonists of a Verdicchio mini vertical.
