 Bengt-Göran Kronstam, an influential wine writer of Swedish daily magazine Dagens Nyheter, has drawn up his own 50 current top wines, edited on January the 17th.

He particularly highlights 9 favourite wines and between them, he has mentioned our Verdicchio Plenio 2005, using the following words to describe it: “The demon producer Umani Ronchi never let you down, here´s a Verdicchio of the very best kind. It´s reminds of Casal di Serra, another of the estate´s Verdicchio wine but with a brighter aroma of fruit and powerful and distinct flavours very suitable to a nice piece of Salmon covered with tapenade and oven baked.”
