The editors of Wine Spectator, the most famous and comprehensive wine magazine, have chosen Le Marches’ wines for tasting, among the new releases from around the world.
Nine “special tasting notes” are then provided for Verdicchio wines, the most typical one of our region, and reviewed in the Buying Guide - New Wines From Around The World, by James Suckling, editor of Italian wines.



Umani Ronchi is the only winery to get scores and tasting notes for two wines: Vecchie Vigne 2005 - which is the higher scorer, 90 points, in its category “Outstanding: a wine of superior character and style” and Casal di Serra 2006 scoring 88 points in its category “Very Good: a wine with special qualities".
