Umani Ronchi, Wine Producers in Marche and Abruzzo. The Umani Ronchi story is one of ancient vines, land and people. Seasons waxing and waning. Harvests changing. Wines coming into being. The story began more than half a century ago at Cupramontana, in the heart of Verdicchio Classico country.
From Conero, most extreme area by the sea, to the Castelli di Jesi, Verdicchio reign, wines from Marche are the result of a passionate and meticulous work carried out in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Between the Adriatic Sea and the Gran Sasso born wines that reflect the principal characteristics of this land: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and Pecorino.
Designed following the principles of destructured architecture and built by excavating the hillside underneath the vineyard around Osimo headquarters, the Wine Cellar stands out as a real architectural jewel and shows the aim of Umani Ronchi for the research and innovation.
