Institute Masters of Wine, Grandi Marchi and Umani Ronchi in Sicily

The Institute of Masters of Wine, in collaboration with the Istituto del Vino Italiano di Qualità - Grandi Marchi, will be organising its 6th consecutive MW Master Class program in Italy in 2017 which will be hosted by Donnafugata Winery in Marsala, Sicily.

The 6th consecutive Italy ‘Masterclass’ program will take place 3-5 March 2017. The sessions will be led by a number of Masters of Wine. The team will showcase the MW Study Program with a special focus on the writing and tasting skills required to become a Master of Wine. The classes will include tastings of a substantial number of wines from a wide variety of different regions of the world.

As well as tastings throughout the day, evening dinners are included as part of the program and these will provide further tasting opportunities led by both MWs and producers.

As member of the Grandi Marchi Institute we’ll show our wines during this important program and in this occasion Vecchie Vigne 2014 and Cùmaro 2012 will be part of the show.

We’re looking forward to have the feedbacks of the MW students on our wines.
