It is called La Hoz rosè, our first Traditional Method from just Montepulciano grapes

A well-known name for a brand-new wine. It is La Hoz rosè, the last born of our Traditional Method sparkling wines, released in these days.

After the Traditional Method Umani Ronchi and La Hoz white, both from Verdicchio and Chardonnay grapes, we have faced this new challenge. La Hoz rosè represents a step forwards for our researches on winemaking and sparkling wine production - made from red berries by our team for the first time.
The desire to challenge ourself with Montepulciano grapes is almost inevitably due to the fact that we have about 70 hectares of vineyards in the Conero area; that means every year, according to the seasonal trends, we have the possibility to select the best plots and the most suitable grapes for this product, so different from all of our range.
That is how La Hoz rosè was born, a charming wine that combines complexity, balance and elegance. With 40 months on yeasts and its unique color, this product expands and completes our proposal of Traditional Method fizzy wines.
