LH2 is the Traditional Method Extra Brut by Umani Ronchi

LH2 stands for Little Heaven 2 grape varieties and is dedicated to the Traditional Method Extra Brut by Umani Ronchi.

The two varieties - Verdicchio and Chardonnay - blend together in a unique moment of pleasure, given a "little heaven" in the glass.

This exclamation, which we made ours and have guarded jealously in our library of situations and stories, was stated loudly by a passionate Australian visitor who, at the first sip of Extra Brut during a tasting, stated that the vibrant and lashing pleasure of this Traditional Method represented a "little heaven" in the glass.

We found this exclamation joyful and contagious, therefore perfect to bless a sparkling wine which we are very bound to.
