According to the latest report by the Forum per la Finanza Sostenibile, over 60% of Italian wineries have already adopted at least one environmentally sustainable practice, but only 25% have an integrated strategic plan. Food&Wine has selected 50 stories from across Italy — of visionary entrepreneurs, pioneering oenologists, and resilient territories — to show how wine can become part of the solution to climate change, soil erosion, and the loss of biodiversity.
