A captivating and fascinating article that testifies the "renaissance" of a wine of ancient roots, main protagonist today of the national and international wine scenery, thanks to the effort of small and big producers of the area that decided to invest on quality and typicality of the vine variety. Regarding this, Umani Ronchi represents one of the “pioneers”, one of the first producers from Marche that invested in research, in the land, in vine varieties and in wider terms in quality.
