Travelling to Ancona with Emily Scott, between cooking classes and wine experience.

Two days on tour among the excellences of our territory with Emily Scott, the English chef among the most famous names in international cuisine, ambassador of sustainable food supply chain and the first woman in charge of cooking for the leaders of the G7 Member States at the 2021 summit.

From Cornwall to Marche, a journey to discover Ancona and the Conero Riviera, through a real food and wine experience.

Visiting Ancona, choosing local products in person at the historical Mercato delle Erbe (vegetable and Fish Market), using these unique ingredients to create new dishes – alongside the WineNot chef, Leonardo Castaldi - was part of an enveloping experience that ended in the cellar, between wine tastings and walks in the vineyards overlooking the Conero.

Somehow, Le Marche have been a source of inspiration for Emily Scott: "I leave feeling very inspired by this land, its products and its views, and I carry a deep admiration for the Bernetti family, who have been able to impress style and professionalism to the whole Umani Ronchi team. Together with them, Le Marche have been a wonderful discovery."

An initiative that was created to enhance our region, with its places, its food and wine excellences, so that it can be a source of inspiration, knowledge and discovery for many others.
