Plural excellence: Umani Ronchi from Pipero in Rome with Gambero Rosso

Four is the perfect number. Umani Ronchi is among the four Italian wineries featured in a tasting event led by Giuseppe Carrus, Deputy Editor of the Gambero Rosso Vini d’Italia Guide, held at Pipero restaurant in Rome.

Four wineries that differ greatly in history, size and geography, yet share a distinctive achievement: over the years, each has managed to obtain Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso in all four fundamental wine categories – sparkling, white, red and sweet wines.

Alongside Umani Ronchi: Sella &Mosca, Ca’ Rugate and Roeno.
The evening began with a masterclass and continued with a dinner prepared by chef Ciro Scamardella of Pipero restaurant, one of the leading names in Italian haute cuisine in the heart of the capital, under the guidance of maître Alessandro Pipero.

- La Hoz 2018 Metodo Classico Nature
