Umani Ronchi at Gourmet Festival 2026: Our Wines Meet Michelin-Starred Cuisine
A signature menu, three Michelin-starred chefs, and a selection of Umani Ronchi labels: the 2026 Gourmet Festival in Antwerp was an opportunity to present wine through a dialogue with haute cuisine, in one of the most prestigious hospitality destinations in Europe: the Fine Fleur at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, an elegant five-star resort created from a 12th-century monastery, an ideal setting for an evening that brought together professionals, enthusiasts, and leading figures from the world of wine and gastronomy.
On June 10, chefs Salvatore Morello, Pavlos Kiriakis, and Thomas Diepersloot created a collaborative menu that interpreted different ingredients, techniques, and sensibilities in a sequence of dishes designed as a gastronomic narrative. It was accompanied by a selection of Umani Ronchi labels presented by Michele Bernetti, chosen to enhance each course through pairings built on complementarity, balance, and the wine’s ability to engage in dialogue with contemporary cuisine: from the Classic Method LH2 Version 16 to Chardonnay Le Busche 2023, from Verdicchio Classico Superiore Vecchie Vigne 2023 and Plenio Riserva 2022, concluding with Conero Riserva Cumaro 2021.
A reel to relive some of the most significant moments of the event: the chefs at work, the service, the pairings, and the atmosphere of an evening in which our wines and haute cuisine found a common language.
